As I was getting my hair cut at a local salon that is owned by an Italian-American woman, I overheard two of the stylists talking:
Stylist #1- "So how's your Mom doing?"
Stylist #2- "Not so good. She's still heartbroken that my brother married that Jewish girl. She doesn't approve of intermarriage at all."
I was kind of startled. It was so strange to hear those words coming from "the other side".

that seems strange.. I never thought about intermarriage from the other side...
Wow. That is pretty intersting. Helps me to look my sister (who married a goy) in a whole new light...
