I am happy to report that our three-day Pesach Preparation Period has reached a successful conclusion. We did it all- cleaning, shopping, laundry, ironing, etc. etc.- in the allotted 3 days. My kids were terrific. They worked really hard and were (mostly) cooperative. They even did a great job with the food shopping! We just finished Bedikat Chametz, and now the kids (and I) are off to bed.
Wishing you all a happy, peaceful, and non-irritating holiday!

Congrats!
I have a headache just thinking about that...
Bedikat Chametz by 9:20 PM? Amazing.
I never doubted for a moment that you could do it.
Enjoy the chag.
Kol hakavod!
May you have a wonderful and joyous Pesach and a chag kasher v'same'ach!
I love the way you got your kids to participate. My eldest did a LOT, my middle one suffered when he helped but he did do some, and my youngest threw tantrums.
But we have a kosher l'pesach kitchen...I gotta go cook some side dishes to bring to my sister-in-law!
Chag Kasher v'Sameach!
Well-done!
I managed too... in the end!
I am impressed (even now, two weeks after Peasach)!
Clearly, your house was neater to begin with than mine.
Still, we also did the three day pre-Pesach Preparations.
At the end, our refrigerators and freezer were all KP, our counters and other kitchen surfaces were clean, and our chametz was put away.
If we needed to come home for any reason, we could. And that was my very modest goal.
I had wanted to clean the stove top, but that is not chametz and I was happy to forgo cooking so that I could go to sleep!
