My grandmother used to say that Pesach is "for the children". I beg to differ. Pesach is an instrument of torture, designed by a vengeful god to torment well-meaning Jewish women.
Chanukah, on the other hand, is a totally cool holiday. It comes to us during the coldest, darkest season and literally lights up our homes and our hearts. Preparing for Chanukah does not take unreasonable amounts of time, effort, or money. And it's full of stuff that kids love: candles, songs, games, presents, sweet treats... what could be better? Chanukah truly is "for the children". So, to get you started on having a very happy Chanukah, SuperRaizy presents her favorite Chanukah song, sung first by a group of happy Israeli teenagers, and then by a little girl who knows most of the words and has the cutest American accent ever:
