As The Snow Drifts Down...

We here in NY are being slowly buried in a blanket of white. For those of you who are stuck at home too, you may want to check out Ilana-Davita, who is continuing the "what are you reading?" conversation, and A Living Nadneyda, who has posted a fascinating account of her trip to the Amal School for Bedouin children and the innovative principal who is responsible for providing these children with a modern education.

Have a warm and peaceful Shabbat!

My turn to thank you for the link. Hope you had a lovely and white Shabbat.

While in most places it remains a pretty blanket, here in turns into slush and mush. Yuck. Another reason to hate NY... (that and the person who skidded into our parked car, cracking off part of the front bumper, and driving off without a note or anything)

And here in the HolyLand we're being punished with a drought.
