Yesterday's lovely Thanksgiving dinner by overshadowed by concern for Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg, his wife, Rivka, and the other Jews/Israelis being held hostage at the Chabad House in India. The news outlets are now reporting that the siege at the Chabad House is finally over, but we still don't know if the hostages are all right. Let's hope that our prayers have made a difference.
Update: It has been confirmed that Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg were among 5 hostages killed at the Chabad House.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families and friends.
