I forgot how long Passover was, I tried to feed my boyfriend pasta today....
LOL!
So on Passover, I tried to be creative and not just serve potatos (eggplant, etc.). Now I am stuck with ! and a half BIG bags of potatos I was sent (I am on someone's "send to" list from when I had more eaters at home all Passover), and I hope that they hold a while. (My DIL says that one cries on Tishe B'Av because that's when you finish the "Pesach potatos" stash.....)
Yeah, potatoes. Fooya. I can relate. Enjoy the challah, pasta and pizza in your future.
Can I get you a nice crunchy piece of matzah? ;)
